I’m Staci, the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist behind Nutrition Made Well! I’m a Florida native currently residing in the picturesque Athens, GA. I absolutely love music, the outdoors, podcasts and a good novel and I’m happiest when I’m dancing around at a concert.
At my core, I believe in helping others cultivate the life they desire and innately deserve. I balance my nutrition education with the realities of life and view nutrition behaviors through the lens of food peace and body acceptance, with a special attention to how our headspace and personal perspectives influence our health decisions. This space is dedicated to helping you figure out what being truly well means for you and inspire small ways you can show up for yourself every day, to ultimately provide the framework to reach your happiest, healthiest life.
My path to wellness has had its own twists and turns but it has instilled a deep understanding of the positive potential of food. I acknowledge and embrace that what works for one will not work for others and carry this into my work. I have seen the incredible potential of foods and the ability of great nutrition and lifestyle habits to elevate us from “good” to “great”, but only if we allow it to. I love helping others discover how great they can feel by making peace with food, tuning into their body’s cues, and investigating their perspectives around health and wellness.
